Okay, so the other day I was messing around with my tarot cards, right? I’ve been trying to get better at reading them, not just for myself, but for friends who ask, too. Anyway, I decided to try out this thing called a “Yes or No Tarot” reading. Basically, you ask a simple yes or no question and the cards give you a direct answer.

First, I grabbed my deck and shuffled the cards while thinking about my question. I’m not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous. I mean, who isn’t when they’re asking the universe for answers? I picked a question that had been bugging me for a while – “Should I take that new job offer?” It’s a big decision, you know?
After I felt like the cards were shuffled enough, I cut the deck into three piles and then put them back together. Some people say this helps to focus the energy, or something like that. Then, I laid out the cards face down. You can apparently pull one card, or more. I decided to just do three cards, cause I like the numer 3, and it felt right. Then I took a deep breath and flipped them over one by one.
- Card 1: The Sun (Upright)
- Card 2: The Moon (Reversed)
- Card 3: The World (Upright)
Okay, so here’s where it gets interesting. From what I’ve read, an upright card usually means “yes” and a reversed card means “no.” But, you also gotta look at the specific meanings of the cards. The Sun is like, super positive, so that was a definite “yes” from the universe. The Moon reversed is a bit tricky, but it kinda means overcoming confusion, which I guess makes sense. And The World upright is all about completion and success, so another “yes” in my book.
So, two “yes” cards and one that’s kinda neutral, but leaning towards “yes.” I took that as a pretty strong indication that I should take the job. I mean, The Sun and The World? Come on, that’s gotta mean something good, right?
I decided to sleep on it, just to be sure. But the next morning, I still felt good about the reading. So, I called up the company and accepted the offer! I’m still a bit nervous about starting a new job, but the tarot reading definitely gave me a boost of confidence. We’ll see what happens, but for now, I’m feeling pretty optimistic. Who knows, maybe this “Yes or No Tarot” thing actually works! Maybe I’ll try it again with another question soon.
