Okay, so the other day I kept seeing the number 445 popping up everywhere. Like, I’d glance at the clock and it would be 4:45. Then I’d get a grocery bill for $44.50. It was getting kinda freaky, so I decided to dive in and figure out what this “angel number” stuff was all about.

My 445 Deep Dive
First, I just Googled “angel number 445” to get a general vibe. You know, just skimmed a few articles to see what the overall message seemed to be. Most of them talked about change, trusting your intuition, and staying positive through transitions. Sounded pretty relevant to my life right now, honestly.
Next, I grabbed my journal. I’m a big fan of writing things down to process my thoughts, so I started jotting down any recent situations where I’d felt unsure or like I needed to make a big decision.
- Work project – Should I take the lead or play it safe?
- Relationship stuff – Time to have that “big talk”?
- Personal goals – Am I really pursuing what I want?
Seeing it all laid out like that, it was like, “Whoa, okay, maybe this 445 thing isn’t so random.”
Then I decided to get a little more, you know, woo-woo. I found a guided meditation on YouTube specifically for connecting with your angels (don’t judge!). It was a little cheesy, but I figured, why not? I lit a candle, put on some headphones, and just tried to clear my head and be open to whatever.
The meditation itself, you know, guided you to visualize a peaceful place, imagine your angels around you, and listen for any messages. It was more of a relaxation and intuition focus.
After the meditation, I went back to my journal. I didn’t have any like, earth-shattering revelations, but I did feel a lot calmer and more centered. I wrote down some affirmations related to the 445 themes: “I trust my intuition,” “I embrace positive change,” “I am capable of handling anything that comes my way.” Stuff like that.
Finally, I decided to just pay more attention. To be more mindful of my thoughts and feelings, and to look for opportunities to step outside my comfort zone. It’s not like I suddenly made all these HUGE life changes, but I definitely felt more empowered to make smaller, positive shifts.
For example, small wins at work, and trying new things at home, make little changes.
So, that’s my 445 story. It’s not a magic bullet, but it was a cool little exercise in self-reflection and trusting the process. And hey, even if it’s all just coincidence, at least I got a good meditation session out of it!
