Okay, so I’ve been diving into astrology lately, trying to understand myself a little better. Today, I focused on what it means to be a Taurus Sun with a Pisces Moon. Let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a journey!

Getting Started
First, I grabbed my birth chart. I already knew my birthday, time, and place of birth, which you need for an accurate chart. If I didn’t I would find it somewhere for sure! You can use any birth chart calculator, I perfer to make my own or use the one my teacher made.
Figuring Out My Sun Sign
Since I was born in May, I already knew I was a Taurus. But I wanted to dig deeper. I started reading about Taurus traits – things like being grounded, practical, enjoying comfort, and appreciating the finer things in life. I thought, “Yeah, that sounds a lot like me!” I like my routines, I love good food, and I definitely appreciate a cozy home.
Unlocking the Moon Sign Mystery
This is where it got interesting. My Moon sign is Pisces. I learned that your Moon sign represents your emotional inner world, your instincts, and how you process feelings. So, I dove into researching Pisces Moon traits.
I discovered that Pisces Moons are often described as dreamy, sensitive, empathetic, and intuitive. They can be very compassionate and deeply connected to their emotions, sometimes to the point of being overwhelmed. That rang true in many ways I express my self and my emotions.
Putting It All Together The Taurus Sun, Pisces Moon Combo
This is where I really started to see how these two signs interact. I realized that my Taurus Sun gives me that practical, grounded side. I like stability and I’m pretty good at making plans and sticking to them.
But then, my Pisces Moon adds this layer of emotional depth and sensitivity. So, while I might seem calm and collected on the outside (Taurus), I’m also processing a lot of emotions internally (Pisces).
It’s like my practical side is my anchor, my emotions are my sea.
My Personal Reflections
I started journaling about how I experience this combination in my daily life. For example:
- Decision-making: I noticed that I often weigh my practical needs (Taurus) against my gut feelings (Pisces). Sometimes it’s a struggle!
- Relationships: I realized I’m very loyal and dependable in my relationships (Taurus), but I also need a deep emotional connection (Pisces).
- Self-care: I figured out that I need both physical comfort (Taurus – good food, cozy blankets) and emotional outlets (Pisces – creative activities, spending time near water) to feel balanced.
It become more clear that having a better grasp on who I am, gives me more of an advatage expressing myself.

The Ongoing Exploration
This is just the beginning, of course. I’m still learning and exploring what this Sun/Moon combination means for me. It’s like I’ve uncovered a new layer of myself, and I’m excited to keep digging! I might even start looking into my Rising sign next…who knows. For my next steps I’ll use the proccess I just did with another placement in my chart!
