Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into astrology lately, and I wanted to really get my sun and moon signs. Like, not just read about them, but actually feel them out, you know? My sun is in Aquarius and my moon is in Taurus, so I figured I’d try to embody each sign for a day and see what happened. It turned out to be a pretty interesting experiment!

Aquarius Day
First up was Aquarius. I woke up and immediately thought, “Okay, what’s the most unconventional thing I can do today?” I decided to start with a complete room re-arrange.
- Pulled all my furniture away from the walls. I wanted to create a new flow, something totally different.
- Flipped my desk to face the window instead of the wall. I thought that I need maximum inspiration.
- Created a small, sort of weird, meditation space with crystals. I don’t usually do much meditation, so that must be a good try.
Then, spent a few hours just brainstorming. I grabbed a notebook and jotted down every single random idea that popped into my head. Some were about new projects, some were just observations about life, whatever… Aquarians love to think outside the box, right?
Taurus Day
Taurus day was a whole different vibe. It was all about the senses and getting grounded. I knew I wanted to focus on physical comfort and pleasure.
- Started the day by making myself a super luxurious breakfast. Usually I just grab a banana in the morning.
- Took a long, hot bath with bath oil.
- Spent the afternoon literally just chilling on the couch, wrapped in a blanket.
The main thing I focused on was being present and appreciating the simple things. Taurus energy is very much about being in your body and enjoying the physical world, and I definitely felt that. I cooked a really elaborate dinner, which will definitely create much satisfaction.
The Takeaway
It was cool to see how different these energies felt. The Aquarius day was all about mental stimulation and breaking free from routine. The Taurus day was all about slowing down and connecting with my physical senses. I can see how these two sides of me – the rebellious, intellectual side and the grounded, sensual side – can sometimes clash, but also how they can balance each other out. It’s like, I need both the mental freedom and the physical comfort to really feel like myself. It was a fun experiment, and I think I’ll try doing this with other placements in my chart, too!
