Okay, so the Sun conjunct Neptune transit happened, and I just had to dive in and see what it was all about. I’d heard some whispers about it being a time of heightened intuition and creativity, but also potentially confusing, so I figured I’d keep a little journal to track my experience.
Getting Started
First thing I did was just, you know, feel into it. I spent a bit more time meditating than usual, just sort of sitting quietly and noticing what was going on inside. I didn’t really have any expectations, more like I was just opening myself up to whatever might come.
I also started paying more attention to my dreams. I’ve always had pretty vivid dreams, but I figured this transit might make them even more significant, so I kept a notebook by my bed and jotted down anything I could remember as soon as I woke up.
The Thick of It
What I noticed pretty quickly was that I felt a lot more… sensitive. Like, to everything. Music hit me harder, colors seemed brighter, and I was way more aware of other people’s emotions. It was kind of beautiful, but also a little overwhelming at times.
I made to time to do some drawing. I just let my hand move on the paper without thinking too much about it. It was surprisingly freeing, and some pretty interesting stuff came out!
- Dreams got intense! Seriously, it was like watching a movie every night. Lots of symbols and recurring themes, though I’m still trying to figure out what it all means.
- Music became a lifeline. I found myself listening to music a lot more, and certain songs just resonated with me on a whole other level. It was like the music was speaking directly to my soul.
- Not all sunshine and rainbows. There were definitely moments where I felt a bit lost and confused. It was like my boundaries were thinner, and it was harder to tell what was “me” and what was “other.”
Making Sense of it all
After a few days, and things calmed down a bit.
I looked back at my dream notes and my drawings, and I started to see some connections. It’s like my subconscious was trying to tell me something, but in a really roundabout, symbolic way. Still plenty to unpack, but it feels like I’m getting somewhere.
One things for sure: I’m definitely going to pay more attention to these transits in the future. It’s like having a little cosmic weather report, giving you a heads-up on the energies that are coming your way.
