Okay, so I’ve been digging into this whole astrology thing, and I wanted to see what it would be like to, you know, actually use it. I picked “Libra Rising, Aries Sun” because, well, it sounded kinda cool. Honestly, I don’t really know much about astrology, just that it’s got something to do with stars and personalities.

Getting Started
First, I had to figure out what “Libra Rising” and “Aries Sun” even meant. I did a bunch of searching, and it turns out the “Sun” sign is your basic personality, like the core of who you are. “Aries” is supposed to be all fiery and energetic. The “Rising” sign, or “Ascendant,” is more about how you come across to people, your outer shell. “Libra” is, from what I gathered, all about balance and harmony.
Putting it into Action
So, I had this idea: I’d try to act like what I thought a Libra Rising, Aries Sun person would be like. Basically, I’d try to be super energetic and assertive (Aries), but also try to be all diplomatic and charming (Libra). It sounded like a weird combo, to be honest.
I started by trying to be more, I don’t know, forward. Like, instead of just thinking about doing something, I just… did it. Usually, I’d spend ages weighing the pros and cons of even the smallest things, like, should I send that text? Should I try that new coffee place?
- Monday: Saw a new coffee place, went right in and ordered. Didn’t even look at the menu for 10 minutes like I usually do.
- Tuesday: Had to deal with a kinda annoying customer service issue. Instead of getting frustrated, I tried to be, like, super polite and understanding, while still being firm. It actually worked!
- Wednesday: There’s this project at work I’ve been putting off. Today, I just dove in. Felt good to get started.
- Thursday: This was hard… I tried to mediate a disagreement between two friends. I’m not good at that stuff. It was messy.
- Friday: Went out with some friends. Tried to be the “life of the party,” but also made an effort to make sure everyone felt included.
The Results (So Far…)
It’s been… interesting. I definitely felt more active. Like, I was doing more stuff, instead of just thinking about it. The “Libra” part was tougher. I’m not naturally a super smooth talker, so that felt a bit forced. It was easier to put into actions, but still felt awkward.
The biggest thing I noticed was that people responded to me differently. When I was more direct, people seemed to take me more seriously. When I tried to be all “balanced” and diplomatic, some people seemed to appreciate it, others just looked confused.
I don’t know if I’ll keep this up. It was a fun experiment, though. It definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone. Maybe there’s something to this whole astrology thing after all. Or maybe I just learned that it’s good to try new things, even if they seem a little silly at first.
