Well, honey, let me tell you about these Tarot cards. I’ve seen a lot of things in my time, and these cards, they got a way of showin’ you what’s what. It’s like they’re whisperin’ secrets, you know? You ask ’em a question, a yes or no question, and they’ll give you an answer, plain as day. But you gotta know which card means what, or you’ll be all twisted up.

Yes or No Tarot Card List, You Say?
Yeah, there’s a whole bunch of ’em, these Tarot cards. Some folks say 78, can you believe it? They’re all split up into two piles. One’s called the Major Arcana – sounds fancy, don’t it? That one’s got 22 cards. The other pile is the Minor Arcana and they got pictures and all sorts. And that’s got a whole heap more, 56 of ’em. Lordy, that’s a lot of cards.
Now, if you just want a simple yes or no, you just pick one card. If it’s the right way up, it means yes. If it’s upside down, well, that’s a no. Simple as pie, right? But sometimes they can say “maybe”.
These cards, they all got meanings, every single one of ’em. Some say yes loud and clear. Some say no, and you best believe ’em. And others, they kinda hum and haw and say, “Maybe, maybe not.”
The Ones That Say Yes
- The Fool – This one, he’s sayin’ yes. It’s like startin’ fresh, like a brand new day.
- The Emperor – Oh, he’s a bossy one. But he usually means yes. He’s in charge, see? He likes things his way. So when you get The Emperor, things are probably gonna go your way.
- There are other cards that say yes, too. Each card says yes in its own special way.
You gotta look at the pictures, too. They tell a story. Like that Fool card, he’s got his head in the clouds. He’s about to step off a cliff! But he don’t care. He’s startin’ somethin’ new, and that’s a good thing. That’s a yes.
The Maybe Cards
And then you got some that’ll say maybe. Those are the odd numbered cards.
- Odd Batons – They say, maybe, but it’s gonna be hard work. You’ll have to really put your back into it.
- Even Batons – They say maybe, too. But it says you are gonna run into trouble and things might take time.
The higher the number, the stronger the answer. Like a 9 of Batons, that’s a strong maybe. But it’s also sayin’ you better be ready for a fight.
The Ones That Say No
Now I ain’t gonna list all them “no” cards here. There’s too many, and frankly, it’s a bit gloomy. But just know, if that card’s upside down, you can bet your bottom dollar it’s a no. And some of them “no” cards, they’re just plain mean. Like that Tower card. That one’s all about things fallin’ apart. You don’t want that one poppin’ up when you’re askin’ about a new job or somethin’ good.
This yes or no Tarot thing, it’s easy, they say. You can use just one card, or you can use a whole bunch of ’em. There’s somethin’ called a Tarot wheel, too. It’s like a game, but it ain’t a game, you know? It’s serious business, these cards.
How to Use These Tarot Cards
So you wanna learn Tarot reading, huh? Well, this yes or no way is a good place to start. It’s easy, they say. Just focus on your question, a yes or no question, mind you. Shuffle them cards real good, and then pick one. Or however many the instructions say. If you’re just startin’ out, one card is probably best.

Some folks, they use these cards every day. They ask about everything! Should I buy this dress? Should I call that boy? Should I have eggs for breakfast? It’s up to you how much you wanna use ’em. But remember, they’re just cards. They ain’t gonna run your life. You still gotta use your own good sense.
This is a good yes or no Tarot list to get you started. But there’s a lot more to it, I reckon. You gotta learn all the cards, all their meanings. You gotta practice, too. It’s like anything else. The more you do it, the better you get at it.
So there you have it. That’s my two cents on these Tarot cards. They’re interestin’, that’s for sure. And they can be helpful, I suppose. Just remember to take it all with a grain of salt. And don’t let ’em rule your life. You’re the boss of you, not some piece of cardboard. You hear?
