Okay, so, a while back, I got really into this whole astrology thing. Not in a super serious way, but it was fun, you know? I was messing around with my birth chart and found out I’m a Capricorn sun with a Leo rising. At first, I was like, “What the heck does that even mean?”
So I started digging around online, reading whatever I could find. It was kind of confusing at first, all this talk about signs and houses and whatever. But then I started to piece it together. Apparently, being a Capricorn sun means I’m naturally kind of reserved, serious, maybe a bit of a workaholic. I mean, I do like to get stuff done, that’s for sure. And that can sometimes come off as being a bit, well, uptight, I guess. I’ve been told I have this “intense” look, which, now that I think about it, makes sense.
But then there’s the Leo rising part. This is where things got interesting. From what I gathered, Leo rising is all about being confident, outgoing, maybe even a little dramatic. It’s like this inner fire that wants to shine and be seen. But my Capricorn side was always there, holding me back, making me doubt myself. It was like this constant tug-of-war inside me. I felt like I was always trying to balance these two sides of myself, the serious Capricorn and the attention-loving Leo. It felt like two very different people stuck in one body.
I remember this one time, I had to give a presentation at work. I was so nervous, my Capricorn side was freaking out, overthinking every little detail. But then, when I got up there, something just clicked. My Leo rising took over, and I was able to deliver the presentation with this newfound confidence. It was like I had tapped into this hidden reservoir of charisma I didn’t even know I had. I felt like I could command the room, and it was exhilarating.
