Okay, let’s talk about astrology transits in 2023. I started to notice some weird things happening around me at the beginning of the year, and I felt like I had to get to the bottom of it. So, I did what any sensible person would do – I dove headfirst into the world of astrology.

First, I got my hands on a calendar. I figured, if I’m going to track this stuff, I need to know when things are happening, right? I marked down all the dates when planets were changing signs. I mean, there were a lot of them.
Then, I started to see when the planets would be going retrograde. You know, that thing where it looks like they’re moving backward in the sky? Yeah, that’s supposed to mess with things. I highlighted Mercury retrograde, in particular, ’cause that one’s a doozy. Turns out, it happens three or four times a year, each time for about three weeks. Good times.
I dug into the details of each major transit. Like, on January 12th, Mars went direct. I noticed I started feeling a bit more motivated around then. I started some new projects and felt energized about it.
- January 12, Mars finally went direct. I felt like I could finally take action on things I had been putting off.
- January 18, Mercury also went direct. It felt like my brain was back. I got things in order, made some plans.
- January 22, Uranus went direct. I felt a surge of energy to break free from old routines.
February had its moments too. Ceres went retrograde, and Venus entered some new signs. I didn’t really know what to make of those, but I noted them down anyway.
Then Came the Big Ones
I read that Saturn would be moving into Pisces and Pluto into Aquarius. I heard those were kind of a big deal, so I tried to figure out what that meant. Saturn in Pisces, from what I gathered, is about setting boundaries and getting real about responsibilities. Pluto in Aquarius seemed to be about big changes in society. Not sure how much that affected me personally, but it was interesting to think about.
I also noted Jupiter moving into Taurus. Jupiter’s supposed to be all about luck and expansion, so I figured that might be a good thing. I even read somewhere that when Venus and Jupiter come together, it’s like the universe is giving you a thumbs-up. I made a mental note to look out for those days.
I kept tracking all these movements throughout the year. It got a bit overwhelming, to be honest. But I did notice some patterns. Like, when Venus went retrograde in Leo, I started questioning some things in my relationships. It wasn’t all bad, though. It made me think about what I really wanted.
So, yeah, that was my 2023. A lot of looking at the sky, trying to make sense of it all. Did it help? Maybe. I mean, I felt a bit more prepared for things, even if it was just in my head. Plus, it gave me something to talk about at parties. People love hearing about this stuff, even if they don’t believe it.
