Okay, so the other day, I kept seeing the number 842 everywhere. On the clock, on a license plate, even on a grocery store receipt. It was weirding me out a little, so I decided to look it up. Turns out, it’s what some people call an “angel number.” I’m not usually one for this kind of thing, but I was curious.

My 842 “Experiment”
I found out that 842 is supposed to be about healing and taking care of yourself. You know, making sure you’re good physically, mentally, and all that. So, I thought, “Why not?” I decided to give it a shot and see what happened.
First, I started with something simple: sleep. I’m terrible at getting enough sleep. I always stay up too late, scrolling through my phone or watching TV. So, for a week, I made a real effort to go to bed at a reasonable time. No phone, no TV, just lights out.
- Day 1-3: Tough. Really tough. I just lay there, staring at the ceiling. My mind was racing.
- Day 4-5: A little better. I started falling asleep faster, but I was still waking up a lot during the night.
- Day 6-7: Whoa! I actually slept through the night. And I woke up feeling… refreshed? It was a weird feeling.
Next, I tackled my eating habits. I’m a sucker for junk food. Pizza, burgers, fries – you name it, I love it. But I know it’s not good for me. So, I swapped out the junk food for more fruits, veggies, and home-cooked meals. I even tried that meal-prepping thing everyone’s talking about.
- The result? Less bloating, more energy. I didn’t realize how much that greasy stuff was dragging me down.
Finally, I decided to do something for my mental health. I’ve been stressed lately – work, bills, life in general. So, I started taking short walks every day, just to clear my head. I also downloaded one of those meditation apps and gave it a try. I’m not sure if I’m doing it right, but it’s surprisingly relaxing.
Also,a few days ago,I take time for myself, like reading.
The Verdict?
So, did focusing on the “meaning” of 842 change my life? I don’t know about that. But taking the time to focus on my well-being definitely made a difference. I feel better, I have more energy, and I’m less stressed. Maybe it’s a coincidence, maybe it’s not. But either way, I’m glad I did it. It was a good reminder that I need to take better care of myself, angel number or not.
